Typically, the result is (1) a working prototype delivered through a set of login credentials and/or secured files; (2) a word document with modeling and tool documentation and (3) a PowerPoint presentation with a summary view of the project, the impact achieved and next-step recommendations.
What happens after the POC?
Via the POC, we deliver a working prototype which we use to measure the impact and customer familiarity with the technology and our methodology. We can then transition to a fully functional tool based on a Statement of Work; the POC will be utilized in the production engagement and reduce costs.
